Our Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy forms part of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and includes the Life by Andre Martin general in-store returns and refunds policies.

We are happy to refund or credit any purchases in full, provided the following conditions are met:

The goods are returned to the below address within 14 days of purchase:

The products must be returned in their original condition, unused or unworn, unaltered or washed with all tags remaining attached. All packaging must be intact and unopened. For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund any underwear or swimwear. 

Please note that only the value of the goods will be credited or refunded.

In order for us to process your return quickly, the goods will need to be couriered to the our Head Office address, supplied above and  we recommend using Churchill International Couriers for speedy service - contact  them on 031 468 6612. Goods sent to the post office will not be collected. Please note the shipping charges for returning any items will be incurred by the customer. If you have received a faulty or defective item please contact us.

We only offer store credits or refunds for returned items. If you want to exchange your items, you will be given a store credit which you will be able to use placing your next order. Please note that your new order will be processed as per normal - therefore we are unable to fast track any new orders. This is only so that we can process your exchange as quickly as possible for you.

Please do the following when returning an item:

Please fill out the form below within five days of receiving the product. Please state your name, address, invoice and order number. Please indicate whether you require a credit or refund. We will reply confirming receipt of your email and forward you instructions on how to return the item. Once the item has been received and checked, we will refund you within 14 working days via the method of payment you orginally used when purchasing the product.
