Why shop at Life by Andre Martin?

Ok, but really, our Life Clothing range is young and rebellious, so if this in any way defines you then this is your brand. It is also of a very high quality, which means it has strength and durability. Andre designs each piece personally, so our range is always fresh and unique and of course, very very street.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
All goods are couriered via Churchill’s International Courier and will usually arrive within 1 to 7 working days from when you place your order. Please allow for up to 48hrs if you are based in a major hub and 72hrs if you are based in an out-lying area. Delays may be caused in the unlikely event of factors outside of our control such as strikes, Telkom power outages and other eventualities.

Do I have to use a credit card? What other payment options are available?
There are several payment options you can use, detailed below:

You can pay using a credit card;

You can pay using a cheque or debit card;

You can pay by EFT. Note if you choose this option, we will only process your order once the funds have been transferred, which may take up to 48 hours depending on who you bank with. If we have not received your payment within 72 hours your order will automatically be cancelled.

Do I have to create an account to purchase items at Life by Andre Martin.com?
Well, yes. Basically you can shop and put the items you want in your shopping cart as you go, then, when you check out you will be taken through the registration phase, if you haven’t purchased any items from our online store before. If you have, then you just need to login. It’s that easy.
How will I know you have received my order?
Once your order and payment confirmation has been received, you will receive an email notification from us. Then, once your goods have been shipped you will receive a tracking number to track your purchase.
Is there a minimum order value to buy online from Life by Andre Martin?
No, we have no minimum order value.
How do I select the right size for me?
Once you have selected the product you want to purchase, you can click on the "size guide" button in the "shop by category" tab. The Sizing guide has two helpful aspects: a size chart that will help you select the correct size for your dimensions, as well as a size guide that describes the kind of fit that our brand has.
I have trouble purchasing the items in my cart. What should I do?
Make sure you have clicked the “Add to Cart” button on the specific product page. A little pop up box will appear running along the top of the page, with a “View my Cart” button on the far right hand side. This button will take you straight to your cart where you can view and purchase all your items. Alternatively you can click on your “item” or “items” on the far left hand corner at the top of the site. If you have created an account with us you can view and continue to purchase your items by clicking “Checkout – Pay” under “My Account” at the top far right-hand corner of the site.
How safe is my credit card information online?
Your credit card information is in fact safer online than at your local convenience store or restaurant! Life by Andre Martin.com is hosted by a secure server using encryptions to ensure the safety and security of your online shopping.
An error message appears when I enter my credit card and/or billing and shipping addresses. What does this mean?
If you are receiving an error message, this may be because there is a problem with your credit card, billing or shipping information. Please review all your information, and check for typos. Make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser. You can also try re-formatting the names in the billing and shipping addresses.
My order won’t go through. What should I do?
If you are having trouble processing your order or are still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card, billing and shipping addresses, please contact online@lifebyandremartin.com.
I have just placed my order, and would like to add another item. Can I do this?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order and contact us. We are happy to waive/decrease shipping costs of this additional order provided your first order has not already been sent.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our orders are generally processed within 2-4 hours and once this processing is complete we are unable to make any further changes.
Is there a limit to the hours and/or days when I can order?
We are always open, that's the pleasure of an online store. Orders are shipped at 1pm every week day. When you place an order on the weekend your goods will be shipped on the following Monday.
How do I check my order status and delivery process while waiting for it to arrive?
Once payment confirmation has been received and your order process has begun, you will receive an email notification.
The product I am dying to have is out of stock! What can I do?
New arrivals can sell out fast! But don't stress too much, we like to restock our best sellers. If you would like to request a particular colour, size or specific item that is currently unavailable, please send us an email and let us know what you would like.
Can you deliver internationally as well?
We are able to ship to most countries. Please send an email to online@lifebyandremartin.com with a list of the goods you wish to purchase and your postal address. We will reply as soon as possible with a shipping quote. In most cases your goods will arrive within 10 days of placing the order.
How much will my shipping cost?
All orders over the value of R500 will qualify for free delivery within South Africa. All orders under R500 will have to pay an additional R48 for delivery (either to post office or to your door). International shipping will have to be quoted on separately.
What happens if the item is broken or damaged on arrival?
In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged please contact online@lifebyandremartin.com straight away. Once the return is processed we will be happy to replace, credit or refund your item with a new one, at no extra cost. Please allow for up to seven working days to process a return.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges ?
We will be more than happy to refund credit or exchange an item for you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, provided it is within 14 days of the purchase date.

Life by Andre Martin subscribes to the highest security and encryption standards, allowing our customers to shop with absolute peace of mind! Because we do not store your payment and card details your confidential information cannot be accessed by anyone who is unauthorised to do so.
